Custom Designer Consultation
For those who want a custom designed, one of a kind cake from us, by us.
HOW IT WORKS:
If you are looking for a custom designed, one of a kind cake by us, a cake consultation must be purchased before we can begin. This service provides a 1 on 1 consultation via email, a mockup of the final design, and its quote. Please order at least 2.5 weeks in advance from your desired cake pickup date (it takes time to converse, mockup, and confirm the final design).
Fulfillment of your request is not guaranteed and is determined by the design request/theme, booking date, and Sincerely Meraki’s booking availability.
***Our shop’s design aesthetic is minimal, organic influence, with modern elegance. We DO NOT make themed/“cute”/character cakes or work with fondant (NO figurines) — strictly Swiss meringue buttercream, and use real flowers for any floral arrangements.
1) Add to cart and fill out the order form provided and checkout.
2) You will receive an “Order Pending” email. After we review your request, we will reach out to you within 1-2 days to begin consultation via the email you have provided us with. (if you haven’t received an email from us after 2 days, please check your spam/junk mail folder before notifying us)
Price: The price for a custom designer cake will vary and will be determined by the final design and cake size. This will be transparently communicated to the client for his/her approval.
*Sincerely Meraki does not tolerate bargaining or negotiating the final price of the custom cake.
*The consultation fee will NOT be waived or included in the overall price of the custom designer cake.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If Sincerely Meraki is not able to fulfill your request upon the initial review of the consultation form submitted with this purchase, we will notify you via the email you have provided us with and issue back a full refund. Besides that, a cake consultation is non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled.
